What size of Ocean Minded footwear should I purchase?
Order the closest available size to your usual shoe size. If you typically wear a half-size, we recommend ordering the next largest full size. For detailed sizing information, please see the sizing chart on each product page.
How can I place an order?
You may place an order with us online as a Guest or by creating an account. If you create an account, we'll always remember you when you log-in and your order history, and shipping/tracking info will be available any time you need it.
Can I change or cancel an order I’ve already placed?
We begin processing orders immediately. For this reason, we're not able to change or cancel orders. If you have any questions about your order, please contact one of our team members at 1-877-731-6002. We can't accept e-mail requests for order changes or cancellations.
Can I exchange something I received as a gift?
Yes, of course! Please contact our customer service department at 1-877-731-6002 and one of our reps will be happy to do a gift exchange for you.

What is the warranty on your products?
All Ocean Minded products are under warranty for up to 90 days after your purchase. If you have more questions, please contact our customer service department at 1-877-731-6002 and chat with one of our reps.
When will my order ship?
Your order will ship within 48 hours of the day you place the order. Upon shipment, you'll receive an e-mail with tracking information. Your Oceanminded.com account will also be updated with this tracking info, so you'll be able to access it at any time.

OceanMinded.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Delivery estimates apply to orders shipped within the lower 48 United States.
3 Day, 2 Day and Overnight Delivery orders placed after 1 p.m. Eastern / 10 a.m. Pacific Time will be processed the following business day.
Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may take 3-4 weeks via Economy delivery.
APO/FPO deliveries may take 4-6 weeks via Economy delivery.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

How do I return merchandise I’ve purchased?
Please log into your Oceanminded.com account and select “Return an Item” in the Order History section. Find the appropriate order number and click on “Details & Returns”. You will then be able to select your order number, which item or items you want to return, the reason for the return and the quantity of total items being returned. You will then be issued an RMA number.
You may ship the return back using shipping methods of your choice. We recommend using a shipping method that includes a tracking number. Be sure to include the RMA number on the package.
